1 Introduction and Definitions

3.1 Account Suspension and Closure

jittbuzz may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, or the system's security being put at risk. Members may also request account closure at any time via live chat or email.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be easily deposited on jittbuzz via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The following conditions apply to deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳100.
• Deposited funds must come only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• The welcome bonus can be received only once and applies to new members only.
• The wagering requirement on bonus funds is 25 times (25x).
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 VIP Cashback

Regular members will receive weekly cashback based on their VIP level. There are five VIP levels: Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; Platinum — up to 1.2%; Diamond — up to 1.5%. You can advance to higher levels through regular play.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If any manipulation or misuse to obtain bonuses is proven, jittbuzz reserves the right to immediately cancel the bonus and suspend the account. This includes: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, and placing opposing bets at the same time to reduce betting risk.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on jittbuzz are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The general gaming rules are given below:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be returned.
• jittbuzz will not be responsible for game outcomes in the event of disconnection caused by network issues.

7 Prohibited Conduct
